The Role
We are hiring an additional Enterprise Sales Executive (US) to strengthen our existing commercial organization. You will join an established enterprise sales team and work alongside current sellers, focusing on large, complex customers and strategic opportunities in the U.S. market. This role is about scaling trusted relationships and repeatable enterprise success, not starting from zero. You will leverage an established product, reference customers, and a global sales structure while owning your own enterprise pipeline. You will report directly to the Global Head of Sales and Marketing and collaborate closely with other Enterprise Sales Executives, marketing, product, and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow a pipeline of enterprise‑level opportunities in the U.S.
- Drive new customer acquisition among large ISPs, fiber network owners, utilities, EPCs, and prime contractors
- Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles built on trust, credibility, and business value
- Position OciusX as a strategic execution and risk‑control partner, not just a software vendor
- Collaborate with existing Enterprise Sales Executives on territories, accounts, and strategic pursuits
- Work with marketing and leadership on account‑based initiatives and long‑term customer engagement
- Provide structured feedback from the U.S. enterprise market to sales leadership and product teams
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting

Qualifications & Experience

Proven success in enterprise B2B sales, preferably SaaS
- Previous experience in the fiber, telecom, utility, or infrastructure sector is highly desirable

Understanding of large‑scale construction or rollout projects is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with executive stakeholders
- Comfortable selling on trust, expertise, and long‑term partnerships, rather than price‑driven transactions
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self‑driven, structured, and collaborative team player
- Willingness to travel within the United States
