Creating a new project in OX is a very simple process with step dy step guides. A trained super user will be able to set up a project including, loading the design, adding pricing codes and configuring a dashboard in less than 30 minutes.
No, all features are included in both our pricing models. The only extra charge there is, are for potential custom integrations.
Yes, we integrate with most web-hosted design and inventory management systems on the market, including systems like VETRO and 3GIS.
You can also manually upload your design files into OX, we support most geospatial file format, including such as .geojson, shape files, .csv, google earth and tab-files.
You can yourself update the steps on current markers and add new ones to the system. We have a training video above explaining the process.
However, you can delete a step on a marker that once have been used. If you really want to delete a step and are okay with all the data connected to that step gets deleted, contact our support for assistance.
No, subcontractors can't see yours or any other contractors pricing nor amount of reported codes. A sub-Admin can however see their own reported items in the dashboard and if you have created a price list for them, see their own pricing.
We highly recommend adding your subcontractors pricing in the system. That way they can generate their own documentation for invoicing, offloading your back-office further.
4-5 sessions are our recommendation to on-board you and your team, but not a limit. We happily continue to do as many sessions as you need to get comfortable with the system.
